Community Is Our Goal
Welcome to the Stephens Hills Property Owners Association website. Chartered in 1976, we are a subdivision with two separate sections, Holiday Shores Subdivisions II and III. We are located along the upper West side of Lake Livingston on Hwy 156, approximately ten miles North of Coldspring. Though separated by land, we operate under one Homeowners Association and we proudly work together for the benefit of all residents. The Stephen’s Hills Property Owners Association is our governing body. The Board meets once a month to conduct business and there is one general meeting a year for our annual reports and elections. Minutes from those meetings are posted on this website under The Board tab. They are posted promptly after each meeting and go into details so that property owners can keep up with the happenings in our community.
